Discovery

Plan

Along the way, we provide visual walkthroughs of the product to verify our understanding and allow our product management, design team, and architects work together to verify that what is presented is the best approach to meet your goal.
Forecast
During the requirement verification process, the architect works closely with the development team to design solutions, gather estimates, and realize dependencies. This allows our team to provide a timeline for the product and anticipate when more information or other needs will be required.

We work hand-in-hand with you to ensure the project is managed in a fiscally responsible way. Our forecasting model accurately tracks burn rates and estimated revenue so you will know exactly what to expect throughout the product development phase and beyond.
