As an Account Executive, your top priority is to drive the revenue goals of the company by positioning Blueprint's service offerings as the best solution to achieve our customer’s vision of success. You will work with customers to evolve customized solutions on the Salesforce platform and the broader ecosystem. You’ll spend much of your day in high-value conversations as a trusted advisor to one of the most important technologies your customers will ever interact with.

Ideally, you already have experience selling professional services, or as a sales engineer, software consultant, or product manager. We are also very open to individuals with a business development background from the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales process, from cold calling to closing deals
  • Contribute to our company’s revenue goals by meeting & exceeding individual sales quota
  • Propose new sales strategies to expand the universe of potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce and our competitive landscape
  • Working with key partners in the Salesforce ecosystem and expanding our footprint with them
  • Developing joint go to market with Salesforce Account Executives
  • Ensure we are supporting our partner lead management process
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a sales environment; service product sales is highly preferred
  • Formalized sales training
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong leadership skills
