Kabe VanderBaan is Board Member and Founder of Blueprint Advisory.
As a technology leader with decades of comprehensive experience providing long-term product vision and technical direction, Kabe joined Blueprint after witnessing how many businesses were struggling to successfully bring viable software ideas to market.
Previously, Kabe was the VP of Technology at Talent Rover, a Salesforce-based staffing and recruitment SaaS company, where he led high-impact international development teams, interacting directly with customers at all stages of the customer journey. As an expert in software engineering and executing large-scale projects, Kabe is well versed in pioneering new business models to satisfy customers and clients in rapidly changing industries.
As a Board Member and Founder of Blueprint, Kabe’s technical expertise and impressive track record provide clients with the reassurance their software strategies are derived from lessons learned in the trenches building products that stretch across the globe.
