Greg Symons is the President of Blueprint Advisory, where he leverages his unique expertise scaling global businesses to bring tried-and-true methodologies to Blueprint’s clients across North America.
As the Director of Global Strategic Alliances at Talent Rover, Greg was responsible for driving global sales with the largest customers in the world, playing a crucial role in continuing the company’s explosive growth through a successful acquisition. Building Talent Rover’s strategic alliances division from scratch, Greg onboarded new System Integrator partners in the US and EMEA markets to provide unparalleled value to customers.
After Talent Rover was acquired by Bullhorn, Greg led a new division at Bullhorn called Advisory Services. In that role, he developed an impactful go-to-market strategy and put together service offerings, pricing models, and resource planning strategy for the firm.
